B345) for many tasks – repairs, bandaging, splint wrapping, etc. An entire roll can be braided into a 20-yard rope capable of holding 200 lbs. Duct tape is also a handy makeshift restraint; a prisoner must make a ST-3 roll to break free. A 60-yard roll is |$1|2 lbs.| ^Item^Explanation^cost^wt^Energy^ |Small First Aid Kit| This is basic equipment for First Aid. It can treat one major wound(stop dying) or two smaller ones. A soldier’s individual kit might con tain a handful of bandages, an autoinjector with a dose of morphine, and two doses of antibiotic ointment |$10|1 lb| |First Aid Kit.| This kit gives +1 (quality) to First Aid. When communicating with another radio synchronized to use the same settings, this prevents any interference from selective radio jammers. It has no effect against noise jamming.|x2 price| | |Receive-Only|A radio can be built only to receive messages. |x0.1 cost|x0.2 weight|x10 duration| ===== Special tech items ===== The below items are commonly "miss used" by tinkerers. ^Item^Explanation^cost^wt^Energy^ |can of coolant|Used to cool down machines. chis target.
