====== Resolve points ====== Resolve points represent the characters exceptional will to push trough where others would fail. ===== Getting ===== Each character gets one Resolve point for each full 100xp they get. ===== Using ===== Resolve points can be used for following: * Re-roll failed saving throw: Only one retry/save. * Stabilize: if you are at negative hitpoints, you can use Resolve points to stabilize. Each resolve point returns 1d6 HP, up to a maximum of 0 hp, where you stabilize, each resolve point used in this also counts as a successful stabilization fortitude save, so if you use three in row you also stabilize. * Stay in fight: If you have stabilized using previous use, you can use one more resolve point to get to 1 HP and thus recover. * Ignore pain: You can meditate for 10 minutes and get back 1/4 of your total hitpoints with 1 resolve point. This cannot heal you above half your hitpoint maximum. * One racial use/race * Humans: Re-roll failed endurance check: Only one retry/check. ===== Resolve point recovery ===== Certain things allow you to recover resolve points. Most notably the level 18 theme abilities allow you to regain once/game day maximally. Characters have a resolve point recovery pool equal to XP/100. Each recovery permanently uses one point. The recovery can happen only two times/session and is limited by the recovery pool.
